Leadership Ball is a goal-oriented leadership training game. The Leaders Ball contains 32 unique questions about leadership and leadership styles. These questions help you discover your own leadership and identify the driving mechanisms of others. The Leaders Ball game is a collective game in which players throw the ball to each other and each participant, when holding the ball, answers the question that is under his right thumb. After answering the question the ball is tossed to another participant and the participant, in turn, when holding the ball answers the question that is under their right thumb, and so on.
The ice-breaker ball is an interactive group game in which participants throw the ball to each other in turn. The participant who catches the ball gets the chance to answer one of its life coaching questions. When a participant holds the ball they have to answer the question that is under their right-hand thumb. Afterward, they should throw it to someone else, who will answer the question under the right-hand thumb and so on.
The “If You Were” Ball game is a meaningful training game. The “If You Were” ball contains 32 phrases that help participants to discover themselves and identify others. The “If You Were” Ball game is a collective exercise in which the participants throw the ball to each other and each participant when catching the ball, should answer the question: “If I were a _____, what would I choose to be?” The blank is filled in with the phrase that is under the player’s right thumb. After answering the question, the participant tosses the ball to another participant who, in turn, when catching the ball, answers the question that is under their right thumb, and so on.
